Get ready for Purim by learning how to make hamentaschen with Hannah Weinstein. Hamantaschen are a triangle-shaped cookie filled with jam!
About this Event
Once you sign up, we will email you the list of ingredients you will need to purchase from the grocery store. The dish serves 4+ people and ingredients costs less than $25 at your local grocery store.
The email includes:
* Recipe and Ingredients necessary ( The dough must be prepared the night before – we will send you instructions and a video to help
* On Thursday, February 25th at 12:30PM EST, you will receive a zoom link to meet fellow foodies who will be preparing the dish in their own homes. We will cook and enjoy our delicious meals from the comfort of your kitchen.

What is Hamantaschen?
Traditionally eaten during the Jewish holiday of Purim, Hamantaschen can be hard to get right. Hamantaschen are a triangle-shaped cookie filled with jam! This recipe ensures a tender, buttery, and balanced cookie every time.
Hannah is based in Boston,MA and she is getting ready to graduate from Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration program this fall. She is currently working for a chef assisting her recipe test for her new cookbook! She is a self trained cook, but has plans to go to culinary school to focus on plant based culinary arts next spring before starting a masters program in Nutrition/Dietetics. Hannah is on the path to continue teaching people how to make nourishing food that is both delicious and good for you.
What is Aisle Mine?
We are building an online community which offers more than a food and beverage experience, it’s a life skills class which offers the kind of education a human being needs. Although many of us identify as foodies and eaters, we can overlook the ways food shapes our day to day perception on ourselves and those around us.
Our chefs take home half of what we raise through our community classes.
